📋 Description

  • Identify and pursue opportunities through cold calls, networking, referrals, and outreach.
  • Consult on-site assessments to understand needs, building conditions, and budget; recommend HVAC systems.
  • Create proposals, estimates, and contracts outlining scope, pricing, and timelines; present solutions professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including technicians, project managers, and estimators to ensure accurate scoping and execution.
  • Serve as primary client contact; nurture relationships for repeat business.
  • Meet/exceed sales targets through planning, communication, and customer focus.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2 years of HVAC sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, installation processes, and service offerings.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills; listen, advise, close deals.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset; driving customer results.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
