Complete assigned work in a timely manner - two complete changeouts per day
Complete the HVAC removal and installation process according to standards, regulations and best practice
Perform startup of new installations and confirm proper operation
Communicate effectively with management, team members and onsite property teams
Be subject to periodic inspection of work performed to verify WP standards
Comfortable performing work in occupied units as well as vacant units

🎯 Requirements

CFC/EPA Type II or Universal
3-5 years residential HVAC repair, installation and maintenance experience
Able to lift at least 75 lbs
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
Proficient with MS Windows and Outlook
Effective English communication
