  • Support onboarding and exit processes for hourly staff.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years HRBP or generalist experience with hourly workforces.
  • Experience with contact centers or high-volume hourly teams.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and compliance.
  • Experience coaching new/junior managers in hourly environments.
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and documentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
