📋 Description

  • Coach frontline managers on employee relations and performance.
  • Review and approve corrective actions with the Senior HRBP.
  • Advise managers on documenting performance and conduct feedback.
  • Assist with employee investigations, gathering docs, and escalation.
  • Support unemployment claims and other employment matters with the Sr. HRBP and legal.
  • Coordinate FMLA/LOA and accommodations with People Ops.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years HRBP or generalist experience supporting hourly staff.
  • Experience in contact centers or high-volume, metrics-driven workforces.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, compliance.
  • Experience coaching new/junior managers in hourly/call centers.
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and documentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
