  • Coach frontline managers on employee relations and performance management.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years HRBP or generalist experience with hourly populations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and compliance.
  • Experience coaching new and junior managers on ER issues.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Pharmacy/healthcare or high-growth startup experience preferred.
