🎯 Requirements
- 8-10 years HRBP experience in fast-paced environments
- BFSI/Fintech/Wealth/ Broking background preferred
- Strong partnership and stakeholder management
- Independently manage HRBP with maturity, ownership, and executive presence
- Growth mindset; lead initiatives and influence outcomes
- Education: Any Graduate / MBA HR preferred
