📋 Description

  • Partner closely with business leaders and managers to understand business priorities and align HR strategies accordingly.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8-10 years HRBP experience in fast-paced environments
  • BFSI/Fintech/Wealth/ Broking background preferred
  • Strong partnership and stakeholder management
  • Independently manage HRBP with maturity, ownership, and executive presence
  • Growth mindset; lead initiatives and influence outcomes
  • Education: Any Graduate / MBA HR preferred
