  • 1.5 to 3 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience.
  • Outbound cold-calling experience.
  • 2-3 years of territory/account management with self-sourced outbound leads.
  • 2-3 years net-new closing experience (SaaS a plus).
  • Grit, resilience, and coachability with strong communication.
  • Ability to manage a pipeline with ~80% outbound focus.
