HiveMQ is seeking a Vice President - Global Alliances and Channels to lead our global partner strategy, build and manage a robust channel ecosystem, and drive revenue growth through strategic alliances. This executive role partners with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to shape go-to-market plans and ensure successful partner execution across regions.

Responsibilities
\n
\n- Develop and execute a comprehensive global alliances and channels strategy aligned with HiveMQ's GTM objectives.
\n- Identify, recruit, onboard and enable strategic partners and channel partners across regions.
\n- Define partner programs, enablement, incentives, and governance to drive revenue growth.
\n- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure partner success and joint value propositions.
\n- Manage the partner pipeline, forecasts, performance metrics, and quarterly business reviews.
\n- Represent HiveMQ in partner ecosystems, industry events, and alliance forums.

Qualifications
\n
\n- Proven experience in revenue leadership through alliances and channels at scale (senior/executive level).
\n- Strong track record in channel sales, partner management, and GTM strategy development.
\n- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with senior executives.
\n- Experience building and leading cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, and Product.
\n- Bachelor\'s degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
