HG Insights is seeking an experienced Senior Field Marketing & Events Manager to bring our brand to life across in-person, virtual, and customer-driven experiences. This role is critical to driving brand awareness, and revenue growth through creative, high-impact event programs.

You’ll own the strategy, planning, and execution of our hosted events, third-party sponsorships, partner activations, and customer-led user generated content (UGC) programs. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, demand generation, customer marketing, product marketing, and PR to design experiences that convert events into measurable business impact.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the end-to-end event strategy across hosted, sponsored, and customer-generated events—driving awareness, engagement, and revenue
  • Build and scale HG Insights’ proprietary event programs (executive dinners, roadshows, and awards experiences) aligned to GTM priorities
  • Lead third-party event strategy and sponsorships, optimizing for ROI and brand visibility
  • Partner with the TrustRadius review generation team to execute our UGC event program for customers
  • Manage event operations including logistics, vendor management, budgets, and staffing
  • Drive speaking engagements, and thought leadership visibility around events
  • Collaborate with GTM and partnerships teams to build high-value partner activations
  • Track and analyze performance through Salesforce and Marketo, reporting event ROI and insights that inform future planning
  • Provide on-site leadership at events—representing the HG Insights brand and ensuring flawless execution
What You’ll Bring
  • 8–12 years of experience in B2B event or field marketing, ideally within enterprise SaaS or data/tech sectors
  • Proven success building integrated event programs that influence pipeline and revenueDeep experience partnering with sales and field teams to align regional activations with GTM goals
  • Strong vendor, budget, and project management skills; able to juggle multiple events simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills—you can influence stakeholders from the C-suite to the field
  • Self-starter mindset: you take ownership, move fast, and thrive in a dynamic, data-driven environment
  • Creative thinker with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for building experiences that connect brand to business outcomes
  • Experience using Salesforce, Marketo, Asana
  • Familiarity with customer marketing and advocacy programs (e.g., review generation, awards, Customer Advisory Boards)
