We are rapidly expanding and are looking for a motivatedSenior Sales Development Representative (Sr. SDR) to join our global team and focus on scaling the North American market.
Role Overview
HG Insights’Senior Sales Development Representatives (Sr. SDRs) play a pivotal role in driving our go-to-market strategy and fueling the sales pipeline for the North American market.As a senior member of the SDR team, you willIndependently generate new opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting and management of select inbound leads.Serve as a trusted partner to the sales organization by consistently securing high-quality meetings with potential customers.
What sets this role apart is the expectation to go beyond execution—Sr. SDRs bring market expertise, mentorship for peers, and advanced personalization in outreach to influence decision-makers and position HG Insights as a strategic partner in their business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• In-depth account research and documentation of medium to large tech companies and consultancies.
• Initiating contact with prospective customers through outreach efforts such as cold-calling, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Qualifying and converting inbound leads produced by the marketing team.
• Generating initial interest and booking meetings with prospects from assigned accounts within your territory.
• Nurturing prospects that have expressed interest until they are ready to participate in a discovery call.
• Managing all leads through conversion, including call tracking and rescheduling meetings when needed.
• Collaborating with account executives to strategize on accounts and help progress opportunities to validation.
• Meeting and exceeding personal weekly and monthly performance targets.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as an SDR/Sr. SDR in the North American market with a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage decision-makers at enterprise level.
• Proven track record in outbound prospecting (cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach).
• Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator.
• Goal-driven mindset, ability to work independently, and excellent time management with a belief in Artificial Intelligence.
• Strong research and analytical skills to understand customer needs.
