  • Global hiring across multiple time zones
  • Passive talent engagement, stakeholder partnership, and executive search
  • Hands-on with recruiting systems/tools: Greenhouse, Gem, Calendly, OpenAI
  • Sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray search, and networks
  • Evergreen roles across Product, Data, HealthTech, and Director-level+ searches
  • Strong communication and accountability
  • Collaborative, relationship-driven; able to challenge thoughtfully
  • Knowledge of recruiting best practices, labor markets, and global hiring trends

🎁 Benefits
