- Global hiring across multiple time zones
- Passive talent engagement, stakeholder partnership, and executive search
- Hands-on with recruiting systems/tools: Greenhouse, Gem, Calendly, OpenAI
- Sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray search, and networks
- Evergreen roles across Product, Data, HealthTech, and Director-level+ searches
- Strong communication and accountability
- Collaborative, relationship-driven; able to challenge thoughtfully
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices, labor markets, and global hiring trends
