- Strong payer market knowledge: self-funded employers, Medicare Advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enterprise sales targets.
- Ability to manage complex deal cycles and executive relationships.
- Experience with financial modeling, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations with internal teams.
- Comfort operating in evolving markets; adapt sales approaches to new technologies and buyers.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven with ownership.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
