  • Strong payer market knowledge: self-funded employers, Medicare Advantage.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enterprise sales targets.
  • Ability to manage complex deal cycles and executive relationships.
  • Experience with financial modeling, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations with internal teams.
  • Comfort operating in evolving markets; adapt sales approaches to new technologies and buyers.
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven with ownership.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
