  • Proven PMO leadership delivering multi-stakeholder programs on time.
  • Depth in performance systems, org design, competency/career frameworks, succession.
  • Operational rigor with PM frameworks and Lean/Agile methods.
  • Data fluency and a product mindset for people analytics and dashboards.
