  • Drive enterprise sales at strategic/named accounts; meet regional quota.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performance EMEA sales team of Account Executives.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in a related sales management role with quota attainment at large accounts.
  • Sales Leader experience in a rapid-scale growth organization.
  • Experience hiring and building teams.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce).
  • Advanced negotiation skills; persuasive and persistent.
  • Ability to build one-on-one relationships with customers and identify business needs; strong problem-solving.
