  • Design scalable processes, handoffs, and playbooks to scale revenue

  • 5+ years in RevOps, CS leadership, or GTM operations
  • Experience leading customer-facing teams
  • Experience managing distributed teams across time zones (US + offshore)
  • B2B SaaS experience with enterprise and mid-market
  • Built or rebuilt RevOps function, not just managed one
  • Comfortable presenting to a board and running QBRs with enterprise customers
