📋 Description

  • Stand up OpenAI’s first enterprise NA SDR function (org, hiring, tooling).
  • Build and scale NA SDR org aligned to Large Enterprise and industry verticals.
  • Own enterprise pipeline generation strategy with high-quality opportunities.
  • Translate product usage, pilots, and inbound interest into qualified opportunities.
  • Create vertical SDR motions for Financial Services, Life Sciences, Retail.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Field Eng., Partnerships, and Strategy for GTM.

🎯 Requirements

  • Have 10+ years in enterprise sales, revenue, or GTM leadership.
  • Bring 3-5+ years of second-line SDR leadership with managers.
  • Built enterprise demand engines from scratch in product-driven or platform businesses.
  • Fluent in product-led and usage-based GTM (PQLs, pilots, free-to-paid, expansion).
  • Experience selling into regulated or high-stakes industries (FS, Life Sciences, Retail).
  • Highly data-driven, with experience in pipeline analytics and forecasting.
