• Own the Gustie growth system from onboarding to executive leadership with AI at its core
• Redesign feedback, performance reviews, and promotion decisions so AI enables real-time reflection
• Treat AI as a design partner, deciding where it leads, where it supports, and where humans stay in charge
• Build development into the flow of work; AI reduces friction and surfaces insights
• Prototype, test, and ship AI-enabled changes that improve growth here
• Define new AI-native standards for leadership development, coaching, and skill building
• Create AI-powered feedback loops that reveal growth, readiness, and leadership
• Continuously revisit what belongs in code versus judgment as boundaries shift

🎯 Requirements

• 10–12 years of relevant experience
• Built something that changed how people work
• You question fixed systems and don't assume surfaces are finished
• Comfortable starting without a playbook and writing one as you go
• You use AI as part of how you think and work, not as a side project
• Hold a long-term view while shipping fast and delivering real impact
• Strong views on what good looks like; willing to adapt when reality disagrees
• Care deeply about growth, especially during rapid change
