Head of Finance (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• Mature finance ops with improved reporting and working capital management.
• Own and lead the entire Finance function: Accounting, Controlling, FP&A, and Ops.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team; coordinate with external accounting, tax, and audit partners.
• Strategic finance partner to execs; translate strategy into financial plans and KPIs for a B2B SaaS business.
• Own cash flow management, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization.
• Establish and optimize finance ops, processes, and systems for scalability and transparency.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive finance operations experience, leadership in B2B SaaS/tech scale-ups.
• Strong accounting foundation (HGB); strategic and commercial mindset.
• Experience owning end-to-end finance functions and building scalable finance operations.
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to dive into details while keeping a high-level perspective.
• SaaS metrics and revenue recognition.
• Audit leadership; experience working with external advisors.
• Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Business-fluent in English and German.
