Head of Enablement

📋 Description

• Define and own the multi-year enablement vision and roadmap.
• Partner with GTM, Post-Sale, AI CoE, and Product.
• Lead BuildOps Academy to shorten time-to-value and drive adoption.
• Own LMS Docebo governance and content lifecycle.
• Embed AI into enablement content and measurement.
• Establish and report enablement KPIs for execs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in enablement or learning & development.
• 2+ years in a leadership role managing a team.
• Hands-on LMS experience; Docebo preferred.
• Strong communicator who translates product into engaging learning.
• Data-driven with dashboards and insights to iterate programs.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
