Head of Enablement

📋 Description

• Define the multi-year enablement vision and roadmap with GTM, Post-Sale, AI CoE.
• Define BuildOps Academy strategy to reduce time-to-value and boost adoption.
• Lead and develop enablement managers and analysts; set priorities and standards.
• Own Docebo LMS as the content source; govern creation, review, and depreciation.
• Embed AI into content creation, personalization, and measurement.
• Track enablement KPIs and provide executive-ready updates.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in enablement/L&D with 2+ years leadership.
• Hands-on LMS experience Docebo with curriculum governance and reporting.
• Familiarity with AI-powered enablement tooling and AI-driven programs.
• Strategic thinker with executive communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Data-driven with KPI definitions, dashboards, and program insights.
• Proven record scaling enablement across multiple SaaS functions.
• Hybrid work; based in LA, SF, Raleigh, or Toronto.
