Head of Enablement

📋 Description

• Define and own the multi-year enablement vision and roadmap.
• Partner with GTM, Post-Sale, AI CoE, and Product leaders.
• Own BuildOps Academy to reduce time-to-value and boost adoption.
• Lead and develop a team of enablement managers and analysts.
• Own LMS (Docebo) governance for content and reviews.
• Embed AI into content creation, personalization, and measurement.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in enablement or learning & development.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Hands-on LMS experience; Docebo preferred.
• Strong strategic thinker with executive communication.
• Data-driven with KPI definition and dashboards.
• Familiar with AI-powered enablement tooling.
