📋 Description

• Define vision, strategy, and operating model for Duolingo Academy focusing on leadership.
• Design, deliver, and iterate leadership programs, frameworks, and journeys at scale.
• Design and oversee coaching, expert-led, and cohort-based programs for leaders.
• Establish clear success metrics and review data to improve programs.
• Partner with People leadership and stakeholders to align with talent strategies.
• Leverage existing leadership offerings and integrate learning pathways for cohesion.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience designing and delivering leadership development programs with adult-learning principles.
• Background as a successful leader/operator, ideally in Eng, Product or Design, plus coaching experience.
• Demonstrated ability to assess leadership needs and translate into practical learning for senior audiences.
• Track record building scalable learning systems and content; measuring impact with data/feedback.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management to influence senior leaders.
• Ability to work from or relocate to Pittsburgh, PA or New York, NY.
