📋 Description

• Define vision, strategy, and operating model for Duolingo Academy.
• Design and deliver leadership programs, toolkits, and learning journeys at scale.
• Oversee coaching and cohort-based programs to deepen leader capability.
• Establish success metrics (NPS, outcomes); review data and improve programs.
• Partner with People leadership and stakeholders to align Academy with talent strategies.
• Pilot and scale programs; report outcomes to executives; refine roadmap and resourcing.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in leadership development and adult learning.
• Background as a leader/operator in Engineering/Product/Design with coaching.
• Ability to translate leadership needs into practical learning experiences.
• Track record building scalable learning systems and measuring impact.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and delivering high-quality work on tight timelines.
