🎯 Requirements

- Strategic, hands-on leader translating regulatory needs into scalable solutions.
- Excellent at influencing and aligning stakeholders across regions and levels.
- Growth-oriented, optimizing processes and driving scalable solutions.
- Merchant-focused, balancing commercial and risk priorities.
