🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in Operations (Onboarding, KYC/CDD, Risk) or Compliance in financial services.
- 3+ years MoM people management; leading managers across regions.
- Strategic, operational leader translating regulatory and business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Excellent at influencing stakeholders across regions with clear communication.
- Growth-focused; optimize processes and build scalable solutions.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity; balance commercial and risk priorities.
- Merchant-focused; keep merchant experience central.
