- Drive onboarding and ongoing reviews with scalable, risk-aware solutions.
- Travel regionally/globally as required.
- Merchant-focused approach in decisions and processes.
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in Operations or Compliance in financial services, fintech, banking, or consulting.
- 3+ years MoM people management across regions and functions.
- Strategic, operational leader translating regulatory and business needs into scalable solutions.
- Influential leader aligning stakeholders across regions, functions, and levels.
- Growth-oriented, optimizing processes and building scalable solutions.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, balancing commercial and risk priorities.
- Merchant-focused, keeping merchant experience central to decisions.
- Willing to travel regionally and globally as required.
🎁 Benefits
- Base salary range: $160,000–$220,000 plus RSUs.
