📋 Description

• Lead CDD team across Sao Paulo, San Francisco, Chicago.
• Recruit and scale function regionally to support growth.
• Track performance against metrics and OKRs.
• Define regional CDD strategy aligned with global policies.
• Senior escalation point for complex cases and decisions.
• Partner with Compliance, Operations and Product to improve processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Operations or Compliance in financial services/fintech/banking/consulting.
• 3+ years MoM people management across regions.
• Strategic, operational leader translating regulatory needs into scalable solutions.
• Influence across regions and seniority levels with clear communication.
• Growth-oriented, optimizing processes and developing teams.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving environments.
• Merchant-focused; merchant experience central to decisions.
