- Define regional CDD strategy aligned to global policies; drive scalable processes.
- Represent the Americas CDD function in regional/global initiatives; travel as required.
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in Operations (Onboarding, KYC/CDD, Risk) or Compliance in financial services, fintech, banking, etc.
- 3+ years MoM people management across regions and functions.
- Strategic, hands-on leader translating regulatory and business needs into scalable solutions.
- Excellent influencing and aligning stakeholders across regions and seniority levels.
- Growth-oriented, optimizing processes and building scalable solutions.
- Willing to travel regionally and globally as required.
🎁 Benefits
- Base salary $160,000-$220,000 USD plus RSUs.
