- Represent the Americas CDD function in regional/global initiatives
- Build scalable processes and explore automation opportunities
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in operations/compliance in fintech, banking, or financial services
- 3+ years people management across regions (managers/team leads)
- Strategic, hands-on leader translating regulatory needs into scalable solutions
- Influences and aligns stakeholders across regions with clear communication
- Growth-minded; optimize processes and build scalable solutions
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity; balance commercial and risk priorities
- Merchant-focused; keep merchant experience central
- Willing to travel regionally and globally
🎁 Benefits
- Base salary $160,000 - $220,000 plus RSUs
