📋 Description

  • Lead GTM and pipeline for AI solutions; define segments, channels, and sales plays.
  • Own direct sales of services and productized solutions; source leads, qualify, close, handoffs.
  • Design commercial and billing models: pricing, commissions, contracts, terms.
  • Build BD systems: CRM hygiene, funnel, forecasting, playbooks, dashboards, SLAs.
  • Recruit and develop BD talent: hiring, ramp plans, metrics, career paths.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in enterprise B2B sales or BD leadership, selling services and complex solutions.
  • Proven record building pipeline and closing deals across multi-stakeholder buying.
  • Experience designing commercial models, commissions, and billing structures.
  • Demonstrated ability to build BD systems: CRM, playbooks, compensation, dashboards.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience structuring creative deals.
  • Ability to partner with product and delivery to align GTM to product-market fit.
