Create build docs and participate in training (on-the-job or classroom).
Work within Aurora Manufacturing QMS; meet deadlines; minimal oversight.
Contribute to manufacturing process improvements; refine build docs; ongoing training.
Hybrid work environment with in-office 3+ days per week.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years of tech trade school or equivalent.
Familiar with ISO-9001 or similar processes.
Wire harnesses; read schematics; standard documentation.
Work independently or in a team; customer-focused; problem solving.
Physical ability to stand/walk; lift up to 50 lbs; PPE daily.
Proficient in Windows and Mac operating systems.
