🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years experience; technical trade school or equivalent.
- Familiar with ISO-9001 or similar process environments.
- Able to assemble wiring harnesses and read wiring schematics.
- IPC certs (J-STD-001, A-610, WHMA-A-620) and GD&T; production workshop exp.
- Proficient in Windows and macOS.
- Independent and team-oriented; strong problem-solving; able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.
