📋 Description

  • Own regional lifecycle marketing strategy for US/Canada subscribers.
  • Develop personalized communications across email, push, in-app, SMS.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to map customer journeys.
  • Lead global and regional campaigns with end-to-end execution.
  • Oversee asset creation (CTA, visuals, copy) using Canva, Figma.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and drive continuous optimization.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
  • 4–5 years in B2C marketing, CRM, or lifecycle management.
  • Experience managing a direct report.
  • Strong analytical skills; data-driven testing; Tableau a plus.
  • CRM experience with Braze or Klaviyo for personalized content.
  • Proven multi-channel CRM execution (email, SMS, in-app, push).

🎁 Benefits

  • Annual base salary range: $91,163 - $113,000 USD.
