🎯 Requirements

- Experience managing a direct report.
- Strong analytical skills; data-driven testing; Tableau a plus.
- CRM experience with Braze or Klaviyo for personalized content.
- Proven multi-channel CRM execution (email, SMS, in-app, push).

- Annual base salary range: $91,163 - $113,000 USD.
