  • Own the GSI strategy across named partners and consulting firms
  • Develop joint value propositions, account plans, solution plays, and governance cadences
  • Establish Deepgram as a strategic AI and voice partner within each organization
  • Lead and scale Sell-to, Sell-through, and Sell-with motions
  • Build partner-sourced pipeline and forecast across the funnel
  • Represent Deepgram externally at exec briefings and partner events

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in Partner Management, Alliances, BD, or Enterprise Sales
  • 3–5+ years directly managing GSI relationships with firms like Deloitte, Accenture, TCS, Capgemini, Infosys, EY, PwC, KPMG
  • Proven success building sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with motions
  • Ability to build and scale partnerships from zero or early-stage
  • Strong understanding of GSIs across alliances, verticals, delivery, sponsorship
  • Experience with enterprise AI ecosystems including LLMs, agentic AI, CCaaS, and cloud co-sell motions
