🎯 Requirements
- Hands-on CleverTap campaign creation, audience segmentation, and channel configuration.
- Proficient in setting up CleverTap Events and Journeys, including multi-step flows.
- Understanding of CleverTap concepts: Native Display, Push campaigns, cascade mode, frequency capping, and DND settings.
- Familiarity with webhook configuration (live and test) for Push, Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Chat channels.
- Fetch, validate, and cross-reference campaign data from trackers and sheets (Google Sheets/Excel).
- Strong attention to detail; follow multi-step SOPs and Jira ticketing.
