  • Own SEM & PPC strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and review sites.
  • Lead keyword strategy (research, clustering, negatives) across use cases.
  • Manage bids, budgets, and pacing to hit CPL, CVR, CAC, and pipeline.
  • Lead CRO across key pages; run landing-page experiments.
  • Refine audience/geo targeting, remarketing, and intent-based segments.
  • Collaborate with content/brand to align paid and organic messaging.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years B2B growth/performance marketing with SEM/SEO ownership.
  • Hands-on management of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and review platforms.
  • Strong command of CPL, CVR, CAC, and pipeline metrics.
  • Proven CRO impact on landing-page conversions.
  • Experience designing and interpreting experiments (A/B, multivariate).
  • Data-driven with GA, BI, CRM reporting; HubSpot, Salesforce.
