- Own a portfolio of existing Axon customers and drive year-over-year revenue expansion.
- Develop and execute long-term account growth strategies across hardware, software, and services.
- Identify expansion opportunities through workflow discovery, usage analysis, and stakeholder mapping.
- Build relationships with executive sponsors, operational leaders, procurement, and IT stakeholders.
- Lead value-based conversations that connect Axon solutions to agency outcomes and ROI.
- Partner with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Product teams to accelerate adoption and expansion.
π― Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent applicable experience.
- 4+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, with demonstrated success in account expansion, upsell, or enterprise account management.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts.
- Strong consultative selling and account planning capabilities.
- Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience.
- Field sales experience preferred.
