We at GreenM continue to grow and would be pleased to offer an opportunity for a talented HR specialist to develop with us. We are looking for a specialist who will strengthen our team on the way to achieving current goals and further development of the company's HR department.

What you will do:

Maintaining the operational and administrative activities of the HR department in the company and GreenM's corporate culture (about 80% of the working time):

- Working with HR documentation (creating and updating documents, preparing reports);

- Carrying out pre-boarding (organization of document signing, meeting planning for the first working day, control over the equipment delivery);

- Participating in the creation of branded products (work with contractors, company merchandise creation support, merchandise delivery to employees);

- Coordination and organisation of the performance review process;

- Developing and maintaining corporate culture and communication in the company, including organising knowledge-sharing meetings and team-building activities;

- Preparing HR reports and analytics; working with the HR system (maintaining employees' data, adding the necessary information and documents);

- Advising employees on all HR-related issuesОnboarding, 1-to-1 meetings and offboarding (no earlier than 6 months from the start of work).

Participation in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and policies in line with the HR strategy (about 20% of working time). In particular, this year it will be:

- Participating in initiatives to increase the level of management support for employees (surveys, analysis of collected information, support in implementing a plan to improve the work of managers);

- Supporting Talent Development in the company (creating development plans, setting goals for employees, tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented changes, etc.);

- Participation in the implementation of AI solutions in HR processes to increase efficiency;

- Working with employer branding.

Requirements and expectations from the candidate:

- 1.5 years of experience as an HR assistant, HR specialist, HR generalist;

- Deep understanding of HR practices and the employee life cycle

;

- Understanding of the specifics of the IT market, the principles of IT companies, and knowledge of roles and positions in IT;

- Ability to analyse data and metrics to improve HR processesExperience of working withHR information systems (HiBob, Lever will be an advantage);

- Experience inmaintainingand implementing new HR initiatives in the company;

- Understanding of the OKRs methodology;

- Experience in launching or implementing L&D projects will be an advantage

- Excellent оrganisational and planning skills;

- Ability to implement tasks and lead initiatives independently, demonstrating high results and efficiency;

- Excellent communication skills to interact with different levels of management and employees;

- Responsibility and ability to complete tasks on time;

- Excellent negotiation and conflict management skills;

- Proactive approach to continuous improvement of HR processes, willingness to propose and implement new ideas and approaches to solving problems;

- English -

Intermediate or above.

This vacancy is only available for candidates located in Ukraine (preferably Kyiv or Lviv).
