As a member of the Supply Chain & Operations organization, you will be supporting the timely resolution and analysis of receiving issues sent in from our field operations team. This role will be required to understand the purchasing systems that Gopuff utilizes, common issues encountered by the field and how to navigate the Gopuff systems in order to resolve the tickets within the given SLA time frame.
The role will be required to be able to follow documented procedure and process maps, resolve issues and escalate when necessary. They will be supporting a critical part of the Gopuff operations organization and helping drive Gopuff to the next level.
