Capital Markets Director, Project Finance

📋 Description

• Manage junior team members supporting day-to-day TPO financing tasks.
• Develop and refine financial models: tax equity, debt, and returns.
• Strengthen investor relationships; expand investor base via due diligence.
• Coordinate consultants and service providers for financing transactions.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 6 years in project/structured finance or private equity.
• Experience managing project finance deal processes.
• Experience managing junior team members.
• MS Office expert (Excel, PowerPoint); VBA +; SQL; Python a plus.
• Understanding of ABS, debt/equity financing structures.

🎁 Benefits

• Salary: $175,000 - $225,000 per year
