🎯 Requirements

- Ability to build, articulate, and own a business unit P&L.
- Player/coach mindset—managing a team while owning a client pipeline.
- Experience building and owning product strategy; defining right-to-win.
- Strong executive presence and communication for senior leaders and clients.
