- Support the Global Partner Marketing team with the planning, execution, and measurement of joint marketing programs and campaigns
- Gain a deep understanding of Oktaβs joint value proposition with various partner types (Global System Integrations, Cloud Service Providers, Technology Partners) to assist with developing joint marketing and sales content
- Communicate and collaborate with Partner Marketing Managers and internal sales teams across different time zones
- Track and report on the performance of partner marketing campaigns, measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess effectiveness
- Liaise with external agencies and design teams
- Assist with marketing program logistics, including virtual and in-person event coordination

- Excellent social and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects at once
- A highly motivated self-starter with a proactive and collaborative attitude
- A 'people-person' who is comfortable building relationships with both internal teams and external partners
- A keen interest in partner ecosystems and B2B technology marketing
- Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC)
