- 10+ years in institutional sales/liquidity mgmt/prime brokerage; 3+ years in leadership.
- Proven onboarding and mgmt of institutional liquidity providers and market makers.
- Deep understanding of order book dynamics, market microstructure, FIX/API connectivity.
- Strong network across institutional traders, market makers, OTC desks.
- Proven ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements at C-suite level.
- Experience across APAC, EMEA, Americas with regional regulatory sensitivity.
