  • Define and execute a global liquidity strategy aligned with growth.
  • Set revenue, volume, and spread targets with liquidity providers.
  • Own end-to-end liquidity provider relationships from onboarding to optimization.
  • Negotiate terms with Tier-1/2 market makers, OTC desks, and algos.
  • Monitor liquidity quality metrics and drive execution improvements.
  • Partner with Trading, Product, Eng, Compliance, and Legal on onboarding and API integration.

  • 10+ years in institutional sales/liquidity mgmt/prime brokerage; 3+ years in leadership.
  • Proven onboarding and mgmt of institutional liquidity providers and market makers.
  • Deep understanding of order book dynamics, market microstructure, FIX/API connectivity.
  • Strong network across institutional traders, market makers, OTC desks.
  • Proven ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements at C-suite level.
  • Experience across APAC, EMEA, Americas with regional regulatory sensitivity.
