Global Billing Analyst

📋 Description

• Works independently to resolve global billing inquiries by phone or tickets within SLAs.
• Develops proficiency with billing tools, reports, and portals used by the team.
• Analyzes global contracts, invoices, and billing detail records for accuracy.
• Processes invoice disputes and maintains client relationships.
• Builds relationships with key stakeholders (Customer Success, Sales, Finance).
• Supports monthly revenue close cycle within deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 1-2 years in customer service; 1 year billing experience a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Intermediate-Advanced Excel skills.
• Microsoft Office; SQL/Snowflake knowledge.
• Critical thinking, analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete tasks accurately.
