- Partner with Global Benefits/Total Rewards to drive program improvements
π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Admin or related field preferred
- 4+ years in benefits, leave administration, HR operations, or Total Rewards
- Global benefits experience outside US strongly preferred
- Knowledge of US benefits and leave regulations including FMLA, ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA
- Experience with HRIS, benefits systems, and payroll platforms
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
