  • Administer global benefits programs across multiple countries
  • Support US and international benefit operations with vendors
  • Guide employees on eligibility, enrollment, and life events
  • Manage benefits onboarding and annual open enrollment processes
  • Ensure accurate benefits data and payroll deductions in HRIS/payroll
  • Partner with Global Benefits/Total Rewards to drive program improvements

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Admin or related field preferred
  • 4+ years in benefits, leave administration, HR operations, or Total Rewards
  • Global benefits experience outside US strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of US benefits and leave regulations including FMLA, ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA
  • Experience with HRIS, benefits systems, and payroll platforms
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
