  • Administer global benefits programs across multiple countries.
  • Lead leave of absence programs (FMLA, statutory, country leaves).
  • Support wellness initiatives and employee experience programs.
  • Ensure compliance with ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and country rules.
  • Partner with brokers, insurers, and internal teams to deliver services.
  • Help optimize benefits operations, data accuracy, and payroll integration.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years in benefits, leave administration, HR operations, or Total Rewards.
  • Experience supporting global employee populations and/or benefits administration outside the US.
  • Knowledge of US benefits and leave regulations (FMLA, ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA).
  • Familiarity with international benefits and leave practices (UK, India, Canada, EMEA/APAC).
  • Experience with HRIS, benefits administration systems, and payroll platforms.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
