🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 4+ years progressive accounting experience with month-end close.
- Experience in team-based/shared services accounting environment reporting to manager or controller.
- Strong knowledge of accrual basis accounting, including payroll-related entries.
- Experience with QuickBooks Online and/or cloud-based systems (NetSuite, Intacct).
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams) including data analysis.
