🎯 Requirements
- Experience leading strategic enterprise sales teams, including managing managers in complex field sales.
- Proven ability to build and retain a high-performing, diverse sales organization.
- Driven ARR growth through enterprise software sales in large, complex deals.
- Deep experience selling to large enterprise accounts in core markets (ideally with tooling/open source).
- Track record partnering with Channel, Marketing, Alliances, Product, and Engineering to align on strategies.
- Experience maintaining executive relationships and expanding existing accounts.
