📋 Description

  • Lead a high-performing team of regional sales directors and strategic account leaders.
  • Develop and execute a GTM strategy to land new Enterprise customers and grow ARR.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop diverse Enterprise sales leaders and contributors.
  • Maintain executive-level relationships with key customers to enable long-term adoption.
  • Manage the overall Enterprise sales process with metrics for pipeline health and forecast.
  • Partner with Marketing, Channel, Alliances, Product, and Engineering to align on account plans.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience leading strategic enterprise sales teams, including managing managers in complex field sales.
  • Proven ability to build and retain a high-performing, diverse sales organization.
  • Driven ARR growth through enterprise software sales in large, complex deals.
  • Deep experience selling to large enterprise accounts in core markets (ideally with tooling/open source).
  • Track record partnering with Channel, Marketing, Alliances, Product, and Engineering to align on strategies.
  • Experience maintaining executive relationships and expanding existing accounts.
