- Deep experience in insurance, finance, or performance-based marketplaces
- Proven track record scaling a business with full revenue, margin ownership
- Strong understanding of digital acquisition, performance marketing, funnel optimization
- Experience working with carriers, agencies, or regulated partners
- Highly analytical and data-driven in complex, multi-variable environments
