📋 Description

• Plan and execute Filevine's Court Reporting conferences.
• Own end-to-end planning of recruiting events for ICs.
• Develop multi-channel campaigns to promote IC opportunities.
• Produce and manage print collateral for conferences and events.
• Distribute invitation lists and set up Zoom webinars for court reporters.
• Own marketing execution for Depositions and Talent initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of marketing experience with end-to-end campaigns.
• Early-stage startup experience is a must.
• Strong project management across multiple initiatives.
• Experience with paid digital ads (LinkedIn/Facebook) and content marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Bias toward action in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
